RYDA was founded in 2014 to bring communities together by connecting people and place. Dedicated to making intelligent and detailed decisions, we aim to have a positive impact on every community, client and environment within reach. RYDA is committed to sustainable development that connects the past, present and future for all our projects.
This core motivation has guided us in creating a fully-integrated real estate development company with a focus on mixed-use projects in urban communities; we are currently active in the premier emerging sub-markets of Los Angeles.
By all standards, L.A. is still a young city with room for exponential growth. This is only the beginning for the city, and if we execute well, for RYDA too. We are at an inflection point and our next steps will lay the foundation for our pioneering vision of L.A. Our goal is to leverage our unique understanding of the city to deliver projects that change the way individuals interact with and are inspired by the built environment. Our developments are designed to create collision amongst people with different backgrounds that lead to new and transformative connections.
The next 50 years will see a radical shift in the way humans live and interact with their surroundings, but we think it is important that this change is rooted in the stories and experiences of what came before us. As the tide of change continues to accelerate, we rely on our values to drive us more than ever.
We are excited for what’s in store for Los Angeles, and for the future of RYDA, as we cultivate environments of collaboration for the enhancement of the communities we live in.

Leadership
Daniel Neman
Daniel Neman, co-founder and principal of RYDA, oversees development and construction for all company projects. With over a decade of experience, Daniel has spent his career developing and building commercial and mixed-use projects around the US, including serving as a Project Manager with Clark Construction, one of the nations leading building and civil construction firms where he was responsible for the construction of over 1M SF for his clients. Daniel graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School. He later received his Master’s in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.
Ryan Neman
Ryan Neman, co-founder and principal of RYDA, oversees all acquisitions, finance, and leasing activities for the firm. Ryan has an extensive background in real estate business consulting and restaurant development and expansion, bringing a unique talent for sourcing value add projects and creating strategic partnerships for the company’s assets. Throughout his real estate career, Ryan has managed over $1 billion in asset value. Ryan received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a focus in Strategy, Operations, and Economics.
