RYDA undertook a significant renovation of the property, augmenting its storefront visibility and inviting the outside in with transparency and natural light.

RYDA completed a full building renovation, opening up each storefront to the street to create an engaging, sunny aesthetic. The slim structure features floor-to-ceiling glass fronting, exposed brick wall interiors, and a modern, arched window detail on the sunlit corner façade.
