Located in the heart of Silver Lake, 3004 Sunset is a 5-story, 74-unit building with approximately 50,000 square feet of residential space. Designed by Lahmon Architects, the development will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, as well as onsite parking, a large community room, landscaped courtyard, and furnished roof decks with BBQs and fire pits.

The development is designed to reflect the natural beauty of Silver Lake, with Japanese Sho Sugi Ban style wood featured on the exterior facade and ash wood used in interior spaces throughout the building. The open-air lobby and elevated courtyard provide a seamless indoor-outdoor connection, while the common areas and units are designed to bring the tranquility of nature inside. The project has a unique design that emphasizes the connection with the surroundings and nature, creating a peaceful and harmonious environment for the residents to live in.
