Beverly Grove, Los Angeles

8018 W. 3rd Street

An eye-catching structure on Beverly Grove’s eminently walkable West Third Street, this mid-century building offers inviting spaces for restaurant and retail tenants. RYDA fully renovated the structure—which in past lives had served as a warehouse and a community center—updating every aspect of its interior and exterior build.

The building’s distinctive steel frame structure brings the outside in, creating an airy, modern look and inviting abundant, natural light. The flexible restaurant and retail spaces together constitute 40 feet of frontage, with generous 18-foot-high exposed ceilings.

The Neighborhood

The stretch of West Third Street between La Cienega to the west and Fairfax to the east is one of L.A.’s most popular, walkable dining and shopping districts. Just steps from The Grove, The Original Farmer’s Market, and LACMA, West Third Street also boasts a dense concentration of independent retailers and acclaimed eateries.
